Ostuni is famous for its whitewashed medieval historical centre with view of the blue Adriatic sea. At the top of the hilly city (207m above sea level), the 15th century romanesque cathedral is famous for its rose window. In warmer months, the beaches of Ostuni are not to be missed. Stretching for miles, you can find both secluded coves or long stretch of white sands, always with impossibly crystal clear water. Most visitors and locals end up at the Piazza della Liberta or Piazza Sant’Oronzo, the main square where you find chic cafes, best restaurants and cozy bars. Casa dei Fiori is two minutes walk from this square. Visit our useful links page and our blog posts to learn more about things to do in and around Ostuni Puglia.
